WHO ARE WE
MT RASELO INCORPORATED T/A RASELO ATTORNEYS (“The Firm”) was established in 2008, by Moeketsi Thebe Raselo, a graduate from the University of the Witwatersrand, after completing his articles with Werksmans Incorporated. Firm operates from its offices at 195 Columbine Avenue, Mondeor, Johannesburg South. The firm was incorporated in 2010 under the name and style MT Raselo Incorporated.
In March 2011, the firm formed an associated with O. A. Moloi Attorneys and the transactions were done mostly under the auspices of O. A. Moloi Attorneys. However, effective 01 February 2014, the firm decided to operate on its own in Johannesburg.
The main aim behind its formation was to contribute positively to the South African legal fraternity development. This will be achieved through proper handling of our clients’ litigation matters and consultancy work. The Firm intends to give its clients the most comprehensive professional advice and representation at respective forums, and institutions.
We pride ourselves in fast, effective and friendly service which is achieved through open communication and involvement of the client in matters we are handling for clients. Our reputation is based on a simple and yet vital concept, thus service. This concept is the base of our business. The Firm comprise of a team of young professionals, who are on average under 30 years of age and always open to new and innovative approach to business and the law.
We are mainly into providing commercial and public services to corporate clients, government and individual clients. The niche market that was identified by the company is in the corporate world where most of the companies that offer the same services are white owned. However, our Firm does not only pride itself of being black owned but excellent service and expertise. Our professionals have unmeasured passion for quality service and quick delivery. The Firm is dedicated and committed to delivering at all times, without exception, excellence. Moeketsi Raselo
DirectorMoeketsi Raselo holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Witwatersrand as well as an LLM in Commercial Law from the University of Johannesburg. He served his articles of clerkship at Werkmans Attorneys in 2008. He has previously worked for O.A Moloi Attorneys. He formed MT Raselo Incorporated in 2010 and has been practicing as an admitted attorney for 10 years.
Sibongile Mbatha
Candidate AttorneySibongile Mbatha holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of South Africa. She had previously worked at TH Hadebe Attorneys and has interest in civil litigation, contract law as well as administration of estates.
Lerato Ntwampe
Candidate AttorneyLerato Ntwampe holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Law as well as a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Pretoria. She has previously worked at the Film and Publication Board and at Motsoeneng Bill Attorneys Inc. Her interests in law include civil litigation, media law and information technology law as well as labour law.
